Simsan Mallick began his career in 2010 as an IT professional. He founded Bangladesh Tech in 2011, a developer team that was rebranded as Glossy IT in 2014. In 2020, he established Dhorony Limited and in 2022, he relocated GlossyIT’s headquarters to Dhaka to expand his business.
In 2024, Simsan took his entrepreneurial spirit in a new direction. He began working with various garment factories across Bangladesh, providing them with essential IT solutions to streamline their business operations. Through this experience, he realized the immense potential to transform the global apparel supply chain by combining his technical expertise with the industry’s need for a transparent and efficient sourcing partner.
